Love

It is intriguing to think about what love means. Many people have their own personal definition of what it means to them. Some people don’t believe that it exist at all. Others see it everyday in different ways. I personally believe in love spiritually, physically, emotionally and mentally.

In my life time I have felt love and heartbreak. One thing that I never give up on is the reality that it does exist. To be honest the love that I feel from God keeps my heart pumping and on a quest of believing in love. The reality that God loves me helps me to love myself and others.

I have only been in love with one man my entire life. Some find this hard to believe but it is true. Once I encountered it I never wanted to let it go but with life heartbreak comes and you have to carry on. During my moments of heartbreak I found comfort in God and the people around me that truly cared.

Love is a journey that is worth going on. As of right now I have been blessed to fall in love again and I am trusting God with this process. I just want to encourage others to never give up on love and never stop loving others. Most importantly always know that God loves you. One of the most impactful biblical text about love can be found in 1 Corinthians 13:4 – 13. I love this text because it explains how God views love. It helps me to realize how I should love others and the type of love that I should receive in return.

I can happily say that I am truly blessed to have love in my life. I will always believe in it and keep trusting Gods process. Find a new way everyday to feel love and creative ways to love others. It is so worth it!
