Have you ever been at a place where you wanted to get away from it all? That feeling of I’m over it? Life just seems unfair and you want to take a pause?
I have been there but lately in spite of all my concerns my perspective has changed. Instead of wanting to get away from my reality I want to get away to my future.
Let me break this down. Hard times in my life push me to go after my future. Although circumstances happen I now have the mindset to realize this pushes me closer to my future. This is for my good!
Romans 8:28 shares that everything works out for my good. So even the worst part of my life will be used for the good of my life.
I took time to self reflect and evaluate my life. There is so much that has happened in my life that God has used to help my future. Everything works for me. It may have hurt, made me sad, or made me unsure but it helped me get closer to the next phase of my life.
My new mindset when trouble arises is I want to get away. I have to get away to my future. I see my reality but I see my future too. God has a plan for me and everything works for me.
So…do you want to get away?
