Wake Up!

It’s time to wake up! How long have you been sleeping? How long have you hit the snooze button? When will you stop delaying the wake up?

Listen! Waking up in the morning can be a challenge; especially if you aren’t getting proper rest the night before. I am pushed to wake up earlier to gain more time for myself before starting my mom life. Your wake up goals may be different from mine. You may have a different work schedule but I know everyone has to wake up.

I can remember when I went through depression and could not sleep at all. I would stay awake escaping reality by binge watching different Netflix shows. I was so addicted to watching something else to take my mind off of my own inward issues. With therapy and God I broke free of that sleepless battle.

I had to share that example because I know that sleeping feels amazing and at also it is longed for at times. I also know that there are times when you have to wake up from your mental, spiritual and physical sleep.

I challenge you as you read this Blog to search yourself and find where you are in this Blog. Is it prolonged waking up? Is it sleepless nights? Is it sluggish mornings? What is it?

Wake up! It’s time for you to live! Wake up!
