Stick to it!

Sticking to it is not for the weak. Everyone has their personal journey. We all have habits we want to break or goals we want to reach. This takes commitment and hard work. It is said that forming a habit takes 21 days. There are 31 days in January. Are you sticking to it?

Sticking to a goal can be challenging. Your mind has to stay locked in no matter what. Once you are focused and consistent your desired habit can become a reality.

Distractions and complacency are your enemy when you want change. It may seem easy to stay comfortable but it really is not. Deep down inside as you sit with yourself you are thinking. Your mind wonders why you didn’t finish, why you stopped or why you got scared.

Don’t be afraid this time! Dig deep and ask yourself what you are really afraid of. What keeps you falling back? Be transparent with yourself and move forward. Move forward even if it did not go the way you thought it would. It has to be worth it. You were built first this.
